Had my usual wonderful appointment with Dr. Kevin Klein. Covered many subjects and answered all my questions. I've been treated by Dr. Klein for many years - it's the main reason I've been able to live this long - I'm 95.

I am from out of state they recommended I get testing done and then would not send them to my doctor or release them to me as a patient. They wanted them done in their office or not at all. The worst doctors Office I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I really should’ve got a lawyer involved. I do not recommend this practice to anyone.

No information was given regarding recent tests except "Negative." Three tests were done, only the one word was spoken after asking about the nuclear stress test. Consequently, I did not ask about the results of the other two tests due to the lack of interactive communication. I did ask about a current medication which has a black box warning on it. My concern being that if it could be having a negative effect on my heart. Response: " I only do heart."
No reports were discussed, no written information regarding test results was given or discussed. I was checked for vascular circulation in my right leg, but no information given as to "why." Assumptions are dangerous. End of follow-up visit. I was instructed to schedule an appointment for a 6 months return visit.

Dr. Cordova is not my doctor i normally see but i was expericering very bad side effects from one of my meds and i was in AFIB.I went to the office and explained my problem. Dr. Cordova took me in too me that's a great doctor.

I have only been to the office for my initial appointment at this point. From this experience, I recommend Southshore Cardiovascular Associates. Each staff member I encountered treated me with kindness and respect. I did not feel rushed. They listened thoroughly, understood my concerns and communicated their thoughts on what the issue might be and what next steps would help us get answers. The professionalism and thoughtfulness of all staff was very appreciated.

Seemed like a assembly line atmosphere, as well as scheduling as many appointments in the future thus creating more opportunities for insurance and deductibles when tests could have been conducted
