Samer Siouffi, MD, FACC, is a board-certified cardiac electrophysiologist who provides high-quality cardiovascular care to patients in and around Brandon, Riverview, and Tampa, Florida. As a key team member at South Shore Cardiovascular Associates, Dr. Siouffi provides individualized care to each of his patients.
Dr. Siouffi attended the American University of Beirut in Beirut, Lebanon, where he completed both his undergraduate studies in biology and chemistry and his doctor of medicine degree. Dr. then Siouffi completed a cardiovascular research fellowship at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in West Roxbury, Massachusetts.
His clinical career began with a residency in anatomic pathology at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston. He also completed a residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center’s Division of Cardiovascular Diseases in Jackson, Mississippi.
Dr. Siouffi has been in practice for over 20 years and has treated patients with a number of conditions including atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, and bradycardia. In addition to his work at South Shore Cardiovascular Associates, Dr. Siouffi has been featured in a number of publications, including the Journal of Surgical Research, the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, and the American Journal of Cardiology.
