About Dr. Klein

Dr. Kevin L. Klein is a fellowship-trained cardiologist with board certification in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Internal Medicine. Dr. Klein is skilled in all aspects of general and interventional cardiology and treats patients 18 and older at the Tampa, Florida, location of South Shore Cardiovascular Associates.

Dr. Klein is originally from western New York. He served as a Major in the United States Air Force at Keesler Air Force Base, where he received the Meritorious Service Medal for outstanding contribution to the United States. 

Before joining the team at South Shore Cardiovascular Associates, Dr. Klein held various positions within in the field of cardiology. In addition to his position as Chief of the Department of Cardiology, he also served as Medical Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and many sub-specialty clinics at the Keesler Medical Center.
